Terminated employees is not showing in Benefits Activity Center

The terminated employee is not showing in Benefits Activity Center search results, i have already tried with the effective date and the 'Include Terminated Work Relationships' toggle as well, still no results. Do i need to run any ingestion process after termination? i don't think so. Please help
