Organization and Department value should appear same while creating a requisition

Summary:

we need assistance to make Department value should appear same as Organization value we entered while creating a requisition-

Navigation: My Client Group >> Requisition >> Create Requisition

In requisition structure section, we are selecting Organization value suppose 'ABC' and same value we want should appear in Department field under Offer info section

For that in VBS, we are trying to pass Organization Id value in Department field but its not working.

Anyone has any idea, how to achieve this ?
