How to inform candidate their full name for e-signatur

Hi All,

We have a requirement from customer that when candidates are filling e-signature while accepting offer they are getting confused what to fill because of error message. Sometimes recruiter create candidate profile on behalf of candidate so name may mismatch in system.

Can you please suggest how to overcome this situation.

Can we send one seeded notification to candidate with their full name?
