Assign checklist before actions taken on Manage Job Offer Page

Summary:

We have a requirement to trigger a checklist based on the actions performed through ORC, right after the ‘Move to HR’ step.

Scenario:
When an employee is promoted and the ‘Move to HR’ action is performed, the formula should identify the action as a promotion and allocate the corresponding journey. This should occur before the promotion action on the Job Offer page.

We cannot use the ‘Move to HR’ action directly, as multiple actions can occur prior to it, each requiring different journeys.

If anyone has worked on a similar requirement or formula, could you please share what approach worked for you?
