How to Display Follow-Up Activities Created via "Create Follow-Up Tasks" in a Subtab in classic UI

Hi all,

In Oracle Sales Cloud, users can create follow-up activities using the "Create Follow-Up Tasks" action from within an existing activity. I'd like to display all follow-up activities associated with a parent activity in a dedicated subtab on the activity page.

Is there a way to configure the UI so that these follow-up activities appear in a subtab linked to the original activity? If so, what steps are required to achieve this?

Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated!
