Supply plan is recommending cancellation of PO but that same PO Qty is considered in GOP as supply !

Summary:

Our assumption is that if Supply planning is recommending cancel, then such supply will NOT be shown as Available supply in GOP in "review supply availability" window.
Is there something wrong with this assumption.

60,000 qty of PO (30K+30K qty two PO's) recommended to be cancelled.

expectation is GOP should not consider Cancel recommended supply. So Supply on 29th Oct should be only 172,605 Qty .

But you can see in screenshot it is showing 231,597.
