Numeric Rating with Overall Summary using Fast Formula

URGENT HELP REQUIRED!!

We are in UAT phase. We have built out fast formula to calculate Overall Performance Rating.

Our Performance document includes only competencies. We are using average of the competencies to determine the Overall Performance rating based on the below table:


Issue Description:

When the average of the rating in the competencies is calculated as 4.25 (Competency 1: Slightly Above Expectations), Competency 2: Meets Expectations, Competency 3: Well Above Expectations, Competency 4: Not evaluated, Competency 5: Well Above Expectations). In this scenario, we are able to map the rating in overall summary to the correct rating as above: Slightly Above Expectations (Merit Eligible)
