How to enable that Candidate's profile can be used for other requisitions or positions: GDPR Concern

We wanted to check around a feasibility wherein Candidates can opt for "May my application also be checked for other positions/requisitions" while applying for a job, basis which the candidate profile can then be searchable to recruiter across that organization in Redwood Recruiting.

Can this be achieved in Oracle Recruiting Cloud?
