Catalog Content Zone Security by Worker not working

Hello,

I have a Catalog Content Zone that I've opted to have Secured by Worker, and have added multiple users to this assignment. However any user with requisitioning abilities can still use the Punchout that is connected to this Content Zone. - For contrast, I have Content Zone Secured by Requisitioning BU and those function properly.

I would appreciate any guidance that I could be given on what else I might need to review to see why this isn't working.
