Supplier Details Not Visible on New Redwood PO Page

Summary:

We’ve recently started using the new Redwood Purchase Order (PO) UI and noticed that supplier details are not appearing on the PO page. However, when we switch back to the classic UI, the supplier information is displayed correctly.

Issue Details:

  • Product Area: Oracle Fusion Procurement – Purchase Orders
  • UI Version: Redwood Experience
  • Issue: Supplier details (e.g., Supplier Name, Site, Contact Info) are not visible on the new Redwood PO page.
  • Expected Behavior: Supplier details should be visible on the PO page, similar to how they appear in the classic UI.
  • Actual Behavior: The supplier section appears blank or missing in the Redwood UI.
