invoice approval rules deleted but still approval routing to same deleted rule

Summary:

There are some rules created through BPM manually and some other rules created through spreadsheet method.

rules created through spreadsheet are overlapping with rules created through BPM manually.

so we deleted rulesets created through spreadsheet method in BPM-manually.

we tested 1 invoice but its failing and in the diagnostic reports its routing to deleted rule block which was earlier uploaded through spreadsheet method.

when rule set is deleted how still invoice routing to it and how to resolve this issue. Please help.
