Unable to find Shopping list option in Action button in Redwood screen

in Self Service Procurement

Summary:

I have Unable Redwood (Responsive self-service procurement) in PROD for that i have enabled opt in features as well as required roles provided.

but when i am going to Purchase requisition (New) page , under action (…) button i am unable to find Shopping list option.
Can anyone guide me what is missing ?
