Can a line manager choose from templates to create a performance document for their employees?

Summary:

We would like our managers to be able to choose from a couple different performance templates. At the beginning of a performance period, the manager would log in, choose which performance document they want to use for each employee (or for all their employees, ideally) and create the document. Is this possible?
