Process Guide for Assigning Goals - Line Manager

Summary:

When creating a process guide for line manager's to assign goals to direct reports, we are trying to automatically move the step when the line manager selects My Team from the dropdown list of values. I tried creating a step condition to move to the next step when the user changes the form from dropdown with no success. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
