Alert Notifications Not Triggering for Some Employees with Same Access

Hello,

Few of our test users are not receiving notifications triggered from the alerts in their bell icon/in UI, even though they are classified employees and have the same access as other test users who are receiving them. These are the two test users we have been using for validation, so highlighting them specifically — though there may be others affected as well.

When comparing their records with those of users who are receiving notifications, no differences were found. Both users are able to receive other notifications such as goal and performance document notifications; it’s only the alert-triggered notification that they are not receiving.
