Line manager cannot find indirect reports performance documents

Hello experts,

we noticed that line manager can just loo at direct report performance documents but not the indirect ones. If we go to Directory>Performance we can just look for performance documents of direct reports. is it a standard behavior?

How the line manager can see indirect report documents as well?
