Hello Team,
We have a requirement related to the Performance Document page. Currently, when a user attempts to make changes—such as reopening/transferring/cancelling a task—they are presented with a “Reason” dropdown field containing a predefined list of values.
Our client has requested to add additional values to this dropdown so that it becomes easier to track and reference the specific reasons for which such actions were taken on a performance document in the future.
Could you please advise if it is possible to add more values to the “Reason” list, and if so, guide us on the steps or configuration required to achieve this?
