How to change sender email address for Journey notification email

Summary:

Hi All,

We have implemented journey in our system.

As per customer request they want us to change the sender address of emails that used to send from fusion to personal gmail.

Generally, email used to show from address as oracle fusion application URL instead of that they want to show to candidates custom URL.

Please suggest on how to achieve it.

If possible please share some documents for this.
