Cannot submit Job Offer without an Offer Letter Template selected
Summary:
The job offer cannot be created/submitted in Redwood and is returning the error message, “You either need to select an offer letter or use a modified offer letter.” This is the case even if we set the Offer Letter Template to Optional on the Offer Letter section of the Create or Edit Job Offer page in VBS.
In RUI, even without an offer letter template or a modified offer letter, we are able to submit the job offer.
- Is this a change in Redwood?
- Since the business is not using offer letter templates for now, how do we address this issue?
