Access prospects added by Recruiter Recruiting Activity Centre

Currently when accessing the Activity Overview Page there is only Referred Prospects when you click into this a filter is automatically applied. Whilst this is expected behaviour is anyone aware of a way to remove the filter as a default so all prospects are shown?
