Redwood Goals Center: Unable to view previous Review Periods

Hello everyone,

we are activating Redwood for Goal Mgmt and we have observed the following issue.

Once accessing the employee's goal setting page from the HR Goals Center we are not able to view all the previous Review Periods, in the Goal Plans of which the employee had been assigned (for example, we don't see Review Period GLG 2024, 2025 etc.)

Because of this, we are also unable to see the employee's previous year goals on the Suggested Goals tab : we get the message "We couldn't find any goals in the previous review period".

Do you know why this could be happening?
