Redwood - Default Plans in Other Compensation Block while creating Job Offer

We are unable to locate any "value" field in VBS that would allow us to configure a defaulting rule.

Our requirement is to default the Plan and Options fields when adding compensation during job offer creation. Is there an alternative approach to achieve this functionality? Additionally, could anyone confirm if future Redwood releases will support defaulting rules for other compensation fields?

We would appreciate your guidance on this.
