Supplement plan does not prompt for dependent designation

Summary:

I am encountering an issue with a new supplemental plan enrollment process (effective 1/1/2026). Current voluntary accident plan does not require dependent designation.

The system is currently not prompting for the designation of a spouse and/or child as a dependent, which is a requirement for this supplemental plan. This occurs specifically when I select the plan after the enrollment window is started.

Could you please look into why the dependent designation prompt is not appearing?
