Can we Grey out the Waive Option Tile from Wellness Program Plan on Benefits Enrollment Page

Hello All

We are working on a requirement for our client with following requirement -

Plan Type - Wellness Program

Plan Name - Wellness - Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Montana

Option - Enroll in Wellness Program / Waive

Requirement for the client is to Grey out the "WAIVE TILE". Currently it says 'Enrolled" and then has "Unenroll" button.

Per client this is bad User Experience as the tile state a message to click on "UNEROLL" button.

Is there a way we can grey out the Tile so that users do not click on the "UNENROLL". Attached screenshot below.
