Need help fetching employees eligible for Check-ins but not created yet.

Hi Team,

I currently have a working query that fetches employees who have added Check-in discussions. However, our client now wants to enable the Check-in template based on eligibility for example, for Band 4 employees.

I’d like to identify all Band 4 employees who have access to the Check-in template but haven’t created any Check-ins yet.

Can anyone suggest how this can be fetched, either through BI Publisher or OTBI reports?
