Error While evaluating Life event (Gain dependent, lose dependent, divorce etc.,)

Summary:

When processing a life event encountering below error.

"There was a problem saving the elections because another enrollment exists in the same element that this enrollment uses. Element Supplementary Life Insurance, Rate Supp Life 2X Compensation, Effective date 2025-11-04"

I verified the rates and element mappings. Same element is being used for the same plan options only. Elements are different for different plans. We are ending the previous rates one day before the event. Hence, I believe there is no scope for element overlapping here.

Could you please advise if there could be other reasons for the error. Because we are encountering the issue while processing the life event itself.
