Clarification on Redwood Offer Management Availability in 25D Release

I was under the impression that the new Offer Management functionality would be fully delivered in the Redwood UI as part of the 25D release. However, after reviewing the 25 D release notes, it appears that Offer Management may still be in the responsive (classic) experience.

Could you please confirm when the full Redwood Offer Management experience will be available ?
