Person Security Profile is not getting apply on Data role

Summary:

I have a requirement for Journey Searching, if employee is having Manager Type ‘HR Representative’ then through his login , he / she can only see those employees journey where employee Manager is attached as ‘HR Representative’ so for this I have created a custom role and added some roles related to Journey management ,And for Data Role I have added new Person Security Profile with Manager Hierarchy and took type as ‘HR Representative’ as below, but when I search it searches all employees instead Manager Type. I have used both type Person level and Assignment Level but still
