Responsive UI : Unable to hide 'Request Info' button from performance approval email notification

When a line manager submits an employee's evaluation, it goes to line manager's manager for approval via. email notification and in-app notification. As per our customer requirement, we need to hide/disable the Request Info button from the notification. We can see 'Request Info' button is coming from a common template. So, if we are going to change that common template, it might impact in other areas. As well any changes to the common template is breaking other notifications.

Is it feasible to hide the 'Request Info' button from performance evaluation approval email notification in responsive UI? If yes, can you please suggest a workaround to fix this issue?
