Error while enrolling in age reduction coverage

There is a requirement were the employee enters the coverage amount. When employee completes the age of 65, the coverage becomes 0.65 times the standard coverage value entered by the employee.

I have created the standard coverage as flat range and variable profile( multiply by) for calculating 0.65% of the standard coverage amount.

However, when the employee is not initially enrolled into the plan and later tries to enroll into the plan first time after completing 65 years, then it throws an error

'Covered: You need to enter a valid coverage value for the plan-option Dependent Care FSA - Dependent Care FSA. (BEN-991387)'
