Employees should not be able to see Performance document approval comments and progress
Summary:
Steps: Line Manager completes the performance evaluation and then submit the performance document for approval.
Next level line manager gets the approval notification and escalates the notification to next level manager and enter comments about the employee rating.
The line manager has not shared and released the performance document yet to the employee
.
But if employee go to Career and Performance > Performance and click on Performance document, employee can see the workflow approval progress and comments, whereas only line managers should see this information as it's sensitive in nature.

Is there a way to hide the yellow approval banner for employee on the performance page? How can we prevent employee to see the performance document approval comments and progress?
