Not able to add a Coverage/Subscription item on the Sales order in REDWOOD UI

Summary:

While adding a Coverage/Subscription item on the sales order in REDWOOD UI, we are getting the below Error:

Coverages are supported only when the Order Management to Subscription Management integration is enabled.

Does anyone know, what integration needs to be enabled here for this to work? The same item is working fine in Classic UI.
