Collapsing Rule not working

Summary:

Hi Experts,

We have configured collapsing rule to have only only Life event to be Deducted/Added to the person as part of hiring process.

  1. Hire event triggers when converting Pending Worker to Employee
  2. Salary Change event triggers when adding Salary to the employee

Hence, we have configured collapsing rule (screenshot provided below) to supress Salary Change life event. however both life event triggers.
