Assign Journey when a Contact updates their name

We have a requirement to notify the Benefits team any time someone changes a contact's name through the People to Cover page. I've seen in other posts that this is not possible through the regular approval flow (you can have an approval for a worker changing their name, or if they change a contact's name through Fam & Emer Contacts, but the flow ignores if a name change is done through People to Cover, it unfortunately seems?).
