Triggering REST API Call Post Enrollment Submission in HCM Benefits

We have a requirement to trigger a REST API call immediately after an employee submits their enrollment on the HCM Benefits page.

Does Oracle provide any Business Event that is raised when an enrollment is submitted from the Benefits screen? From what I understand, Redwood Customizations don’t allow invoking external APIs or performing such actions directly on submission.

If there’s no seeded Business Event for this use case, are there any alternative options or recommended approaches to achieve this integration (for example, via HCM Extracts, HDL, or scheduled orchestration)?
