Trigger Life Event Based on Work Hours Change

Life Event not triggered for employe working hours (NORMAL_HOURS from PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_M) change.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have a requirment to trigger New Eligible (New Hire) life event when employee's working hours changed < 30 to >=30.

I have create a Fast Formula to achive this. The FF is returning value Y for the employees when above said changes done. This was tested through "Evaluate Formulas and Eligibility Profiles" task.

However, the life event not gettign triggered.

Any input and suggestion would be appreciated!
