"No reviewer has assessed this person" error while checking potential assessment during the meeting

I have a talent review meeting setup done in REDWOOD. The manager has completed the potential assessment questionnaire and submitted the ratings. While conducting the talent review meeting the facilitator is trying to see the potential assessment tagged to the employee, it throws an error "No reviewer has assessed this person".
