Where do we create the Beneficiary Organization to be used by the employee as a beneficiary?

Summary: When an employee wants to use a charity such as United Way as their life insurance beneficiary, we understand we need to add that organization first administratively. Currently the dropdown for External Organization is empty. Could you provide input as to where we can add this organization so that it is available in the dropdown?

Trusts and Contacts are working fine for beneficiaries; it is just the existing organizations that we lack. Thanks so much for your help.
