Change in Fonts of Panel

Summary:
We are using OOTB panels and there have been change in the font size of elements in Guidance panel recently. Due to which its not looking consistent with other panel. Nothing is been changed from our side. Is it some update from Oracle??
How these fonts are controlled and how it can be changed to look consistent with other panels.
