Smart forms and view all smart forms disappeared from RSSP homepage

Hi

Following adding 25D being added into our Non Prods currently for UAT, Smart forms and the 'View all Smart Forms' action has disappeared from the Redwood Self Service Procurement homepage.

Does anyone know the cause and the fix for this?

I have ran ESS job to create index definition with  fa-prc-shoppingcatalog as I've noticed they're not in the catalog either, but that hasn't worked.
