Unable to update goal progress to complete in Redwood page

Summary:

When attempting to update the progress of a goal using the “Update Progress” button, the system displays the following error and does not allow the update:

You need permission to modify the ProfileBaseVO object (PER-1532245)

Expected Behavior:
Goal progress should update successfully without errors.

Actual Behavior:
Error message appears, and progress update fails.

We've reviewed the release documentation and couldn't find any information about changes to goal updates. Could someone please advise on which privilege can be added to the custom employee role to resolve this issue?
