Performance document responsive page not visible after 25D

Hi Team,

We are attempting to enable the responsive page for the performance document following the 25D update. Although the relevant profile option is set to "Yes," the responsive page is still not visible under HR → Performance Management.

Could you please advise on the steps required to enable the performance document responsive page after 25D? Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
