Benefits Default Enrollment Process - Dependent does not Carry Forword

Hi Team,

We are experiencing an issue with the Default Enrollment process when a child ages out.
We are using the Default Enrollment Fast Formula (FF) at the plan level for the Child Ages Out life event.
Issue:
The employee is correctly defaulted to the appropriate option based on the remaining eligible dependents.
However, the enrollment for those remaining dependents is discontinued and does not carry forward.

Example:
An employee is currently enrolled in “Vol + 3 Authorized Dependents.” When one child turns 21 and the 'Child Ages Out' life event is processed,
the employee is defaulted to “Vol + 2 Authorized Dependents” as expected. However, the remaining eligible child’s enrollment is dropped and not retained.
