Can we able to send the agreement form along with the offer letter ?

There is a requirement, that candidate need to view and accept the agreement form when they are releasing the offer Letter. I have checked with the journey by preboarding was not available, This agreement form need to be send to the candidate once the offer is extended, Once they accept the agreement form, it need to be stored in DOR when they converted to pending worker.

How to configure this Setup.
