NOTICE: Classic Sales and Service Experience in Fusion — Redwood Adoption Required Before 27A

Oracle is moving customer-facing Sales and Service innovation to the Redwood experience in Fusion. Beginning with the 26D update, the Classic Sales and Service experience enters deprecation. Customers should adopt Redwood before the 27A update to be ready for the new experience and to benefit from ongoing innovation.

This transition is not merely a UI change. Redwood is the foundation for Fusion Sales and Service’s AI-first and agentic future. It provides embedded intelligence, automation, AI agents, and agentic applications that help sellers and service teams work more efficiently and make more informed decisions. Future AI capabilities and continuous quarterly innovation are delivered in the Redwood experience.
