Hello Everyone,

I have a question regarding Automated Job Application Notifications in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).

Is it possible to create a notification that applies only to candidates from a specific country or state? For example:

  • Sending a custom email notification only for candidates in Ontario, Canada
  • Ensuring that the notification does not trigger for candidates from other regions

We want to use this for compliance purposes, where certain regions require specific messaging after an interview or status change.

If anyone has implemented location-based notifications, I would appreciate guidance on:

  1. How to configure them in ORC / Redwood
  2. Whether there are limitations with CSP rules or automated notifications
