Options for Mandatory Candidate Status Notifications and Compliance

We have a compliance requirement related to candidate notifications, and I would appreciate guidance on the best approach using ORC, especially after migrating to Redwood.
Our organization needs to ensure that all candidates who have been interviewed are informed of their final job status within a set timeframe. To ensure proper documentation and audit tracking, we want to manage this entirely through ORC.
I would like to understand what options are available in ORC Redwood to meet this requirement. Specifically:

- Is there a way to enforce that a recruiter must update a candidate’s status after the interview stage?
