how to default the recruiting internal/external organization description using vbcs

Per Oracle, we can now default the Recruiting Internal/External Organization Description using VBCS when creating a requisition, but they did not provide a guide on how to do this? We have tried returning the id, code and description itself but we are not able to help. Any help is greatly appreciated.
