REDWOOD: Simple salary components are not visible while changing salary

Summary:

While changing salary of a person using change salary task (REDWOOD UI) we do not see the configured simple salary components.

But if I change the salary basis name from the dropdown to a different salary basis and then change it back again, the components becomes available

Any idea why we have this issue and how it can be fixed?
