Summary:

Employee Enrollments appearing Under Incorrect Legal Entity.

Employee has Both legal Entities' Benefit relationship active for some reason.

  1. Enrollments were appearing under current Legal entity Benefit relationship.
  2. To inactivate the 2nd Legal entity Benefit relationship, clicked on Refresh button in Benefit Relationship page.
  3. Now in Benefits summary page, Enrollments appearing only in the Old Legal entity Benefit relationship.
  4. Current Legal entity benefit relationship shows blank, enrollments vanished.

How to revert the enrollments to the current legal entity benefit relationship which is primary and active.
