Employee Enrollments appearing under Incorrect Legal Entity
Summary:
Employee Enrollments appearing Under Incorrect Legal Entity.
Employee has Both legal Entities' Benefit relationship active for some reason.
- Enrollments were appearing under current Legal entity Benefit relationship.
- To inactivate the 2nd Legal entity Benefit relationship, clicked on Refresh button in Benefit Relationship page.
- Now in Benefits summary page, Enrollments appearing only in the Old Legal entity Benefit relationship.
- Current Legal entity benefit relationship shows blank, enrollments vanished.
How to revert the enrollments to the current legal entity benefit relationship which is primary and active.
